Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will guide applicants through the leasing process, demonstrate property features, and support residents throughout their residency lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Senior Community Manager to set day-to-day duties, hit leasing goals, and contribute to move-ins, renewals, and community events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in apartment leasing or property management.
• Ability to learn and operate property management software (Entrata/Yardi).
• Knowledge of local market and competitive properties helps drive leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and determine needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes with their features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and assist with verification and results.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leasing prospects.
• Monitor market rents and competitor promotions monthly.
• Answer calls and manage resident issues and service requests.
• Enter data and run leasing reports for management.
