Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Ambassador to be at the forefront of our community, guiding prospective residents through leasing, participating in marketing events, and supporting the resident experience to maximize occupancy year over year.

You will report to the Community Manager, work with the Leasing & Marketing Manager, and contribute to a positive, organized community environment while meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks with reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including summer and Turn periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents through leasing process.
• Plan and participate in marketing events and community activities.
• Meet occupancy and sales goals under supervision of Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.
• Communicate effectively and manage time to deadlines.
