Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to engage prospective and current residents, guide them through leasing, and help drive occupancy growth. You will participate in marketing events, manage inquiries, and support campaigns withEntrata and TextUs.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will help maintain a welcoming community, coordinate with the Leasing & Marketing Manager, and represent Landmark Properties professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Must be available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand Housing Contracts and communicate information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales in accordance with LEASE Training guidelines including generating leads, scheduling tours, and lead follow up.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and log activities and packages.
• Enforce policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
