Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing efforts, marketing initiatives, and resident relations. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, coordinate tours, and participate in marketing events to drive occupancy targets.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires reliability, evening/weekend availability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing, marketing, and resident experience to maximize occupancy.
• Explain housing contracts and addendums to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales per LEASE Training guidelines including generating leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Promote the community via social media and on/off-campus events; assist with campaigns.
• Handle daily operations, log activities, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
