Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead leasing and marketing efforts, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and promoting the community.

You will help plan events, participate in on- and off-campus marketing, and work to meet occupancy targets while delivering excellent resident experiences. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred (Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and communicate housing terms clearly.
• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, and following up with prospects.
• Assist in marketing events and social media promotion for the community.
• Respond to inquiries via email/text and maintain timely communications.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive resident environment.
• Log maintenance requests and keep activity records for prospects and residents.
• Enforce housing policies and assist in Turn-related duties during move-in/move-out.
