Job summary

Landmark Properties invites a Community Ambassador to join our team. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, help maximize occupancy, and participate in marketing and community events to enhance the resident experience.

You will communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and work evenings and weekends as needed, reporting to the Community Manager. This role offers hands-on experience in property operations and guest services within Landmark Properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree program enrolment preferred (Business/Marketing/etc).
• Strong organizational skills and reliability needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through leasing and communicate housing details.
• Close sales following LEASE guidelines, generate leads and schedule tours.
• Promote the community via social media and on/off-campus events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns using Entrata and TextUs.
• Maintain professional conduct and a positive community environment.
• Address resident concerns by escalating to the Community Manager.
