Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Ambassador to welcome prospective and current residents, guiding them through leasing and maximizing occupancy.

You will assist in planning marketing events, promote the community on social platforms, and meet sales goals set by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. You must communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively while representing the company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain lease terms clearly to prospective residents.
• Generate leads, schedule tours, and follow up on prospects.
• Assist marketing events and social media promotions.
• Handle email and text campaigns using Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Support in resolving resident concerns with management.
• Perform daily tasks like opening/closing checklists, logging activity, and processing packages.
• Attend required staff meetings and contribute to Turn-related activities.
• Adhere to Fair Housing policies and corporate procedures.
