Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and support marketing efforts. You will assist in planning events, conduct tours, and help achieve sales goals under supervision of the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires effective communication, deadline awareness, and strong time management. Evening/weekend hours and Turn periods may be required to ensure smooth operations and high occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.) is preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills and be reliable with good self-discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and related addendums; communicate information clearly to residents and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling tours, and following up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive community environment.
• Attend Turn-related activities including Move-in/out days and inspections.
