Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours and coordinate visits
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits per procedures
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales, coordinating move-ins and paperwork
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility
