Job summary

RPM Living seeks a friendly Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for our property. You will conduct tours, process applications, and close rental agreements while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with the maintenance team, support social media outreach, and help retain residents through excellent service and timely issue resolution. This on-site role requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; or 6–12 months related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet, qualify prospects, and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility.
• Address resident concerns promptly to improve retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance and attend meetings.
