RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an apartment community in on-site settings. You will sign leases, collect deposits, and promote community amenities while ensuring knowledge of policies.

The role requires experience in property leasing or related customer service, with MS Office proficiency and strong follow-up communications via email and phone. Flexible hours including weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years tax credit experience.
• Property leasing, sales and/or customer experience.
• HUD rules and regulations for low-income housing programs.
• Excellent follow up skills via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show and maintained clean.
• Complete lease forms and collect rental deposit.
• Market the property and conduct tours including community amenities.
• Know lease terms, specifications and policies.
• Manage move outs per policy and keep residents informed.
