Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an apartment community. You will handle leases, guide applicants through processes, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

The role involves responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and collaborating with maintenance and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. A flexible schedule and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Submit applications for processing after reports are reviewed.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins and paperwork.
• Assist in maintaining social media presence for visibility and engagement.
• Address complaints and service requests to retain residents.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, and follow-ups.
• Implement marketing strategies within budget to drive traffic.
• Present a favorable image of the community to meet objectives.
• Plan resident events to promote retention and engagement.
• Complete all lease, move-in, and turnover paperwork timely.
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt service.
