Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an on-site property. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork while promoting customer satisfaction.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, nights, and weekends. Prior leasing or sales experience and familiarity with property management software are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage leases and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close leases, preparing move-in paperwork.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Maintain an active and responsive resident relations posture.
