Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Leander, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, tours, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.
