You will conduct property tours, qualify prospects, prepare leases, manage move-in paperwork, maintain records, and collaborate with maintenance and management to maximize occupancy and retention. A strong customer focus and solid Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and computer literacy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
