Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and prior leasing or sales experience. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Assist with renewals, respond to requests, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Generate leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
