Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Leander, TX. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. A driver’s license and ability to manage multiple tasks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
