Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kyle, TX to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure a housing experience that reflects our standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with leasing or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintained.
• Process renewal paperwork and document move-in/move-out details.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports for management.
