Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents.

You will generate traffic, qualify prospects, present model apartments, process lease paperwork, and support maintenance to ensure occupancy and satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Experience in leasing or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
