Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Austin, TX seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will engage with prospective residents, qualify leads, tour properties, and support occupancy goals, with a focus on exceptional customer service and accurate documentation. A high school diploma and at least one year of leasing or sales experience are preferred, plus proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Assist with renewal paperwork and maintain records of traffic activity.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
