Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Maine to manage marketing, sales and resident engagement, guiding applicants from inquiry to move-in and through renewals. You’ll be the community ambassador, creating buzz and delivering exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, supporting showings, coordinating move-ins/move-outs, conducting market surveys, and ensuring policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; property management or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Manage and respond to community inquiries following Exceptional Living policies.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience with professional interactions.
• Engage prospects and residents to promote leasing and renewals.
• Assist with showings, move-ins/outs, and occupancy activities.
• Coordinate Lifeworks events and stay informed on lease policies.
