Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage apartment showings, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the rental process. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the property’s presentation, and coordinating move-ins with the community team.

The position emphasizes sales-oriented leasing, accurate documentation, and regular follow-up with prospective residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour property, qualify prospects, and close the sale.
• Visually inspect property areas daily for cleanliness and communicate service needs to the Community Manager.
• Close sales by communicating features/benefits and applying product knowledge to residents' needs.
• Process rental applications; obtain documents; schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
