Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in Hinesville, GA. You will engage prospects, guide applicants and residents, and support leasing, renewals, and move-outs to ensure an outstanding living experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication with residents, coordination of property showings, and participation in community events. Prior hospitality or property mgmt is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience; hospitality or property management preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to community inquiries with professionalism and quick turnaround.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience and satisfaction.
• Attract prospects through outreach and advertising and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Assist with renewals and waitlist management.
• Inspect property to identify deficiencies and ensure readiness for showings.
• Prepare property for daily showings and move-in readiness.
• Coordinate and participate in Lifeworks events as needed.
