Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to drive leasing, marketing, and resident engagement across its communities in Kingsland, GA. You will lead the Resident Experience Specialists and coordinate with the Community Management Team to meet occupancy goals and deliver exceptional living experiences.

The role requires strong customer service skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience in property management or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of work experience in customer service.
• Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and implement marketing strategy.
• Renew residents at lease end where required.
• Deliver exceptional resident experience through professional interactions.
• Guide management team through applications, leasing, move‑in, renewal, and move‑out processes.
• Conduct pre-inspections, move‑ins, and move‑outs using company software.
• Manage on-site audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Support Lifeworks events and resident engagement activities.
• Answer resident inquiries and resolve objections to facilitate housing decisions.
