Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance living experiences and drive customer engagement across our communities. You will guide prospects, applicants, and residents through leasing, move-in, renewals, and move-out processes while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining resident satisfaction, and coordinating showings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience; Property Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries with exceptional service.
• Deliver the highest level of resident experience and satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Attract new prospects and respond to inquiries through outreach and advertising.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per company policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms when required.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify deficiencies or issues.
