Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to welcome residents, guests and vendors to the community management office in Hinesville, Georgia. This role supports front-desk operations and office administration to ensure a warm, efficient experience for all visitors and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of office administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer the community office phone lines promptly.
• Notify the appropriate parties of arrivals and manage guest flow.
• Provide general office support including mail, leasing materials, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the community management center.
• Assist with LifeWorks events as needed.
