Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional living experiences by handling property marketing, sales, and resident engagement. You will work with prospects, applicants and residents to find the best home for their needs and guide them through application, leasing, move-in, renewal, or move-out processes.

Your role focuses on creating memorable first impressions, coordinating property showings, and ensuring a smooth resident journey from inquiry

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Experience in Property Management or Hospitality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries with professionalism.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience and satisfaction through consistent interactions.
• Attract new prospects and respond to inquiries using our marketing features.
• Follow up with qualified prospects according to company policy.
• Assist residents through lease, move-in, renewal and move-out processes.
• Maintain knowledge of community lease agreements and policies.
