Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing; accounting background a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects and assist applicants with applications and deposits.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history; seek Community Manager approval and follow up.
• Show apartments, close sales, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation.
