Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate all leasing activities, manage move-ins and renewals, and interact with residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

You will conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and support maintenance teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, leases, and prepare lease documentation.
• Tour properties and conduct move-in/out coordination with maintenance.
