Job summary

SoCal Management is seeking a Community Experience Specialist to lead leasing, sales, and hospitality efforts at a Southern California property. You will greet and tour prospects, manage applications, support resident relations, and coordinate move-ins with a focus on a welcoming, professional experience.

Responsibilities include documenting leasing activities, maintaining CRM records, and partnering with maintenance and leadership to exceed occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with property management software beneficial.
• LIHTC and market-rate sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents professionally.
• Conduct tours and communicate features/benefits clearly.
• Document leasing activity and follow-up in CRM system.
• Process applications, screenings, and lease documents accurately.
• Support leasing goals, occupancy, and traffic-to-lease conversion.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure a welcoming onboarding.
