Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, or electronically with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Conduct personalized community and apartment tours, identify needs, and support prospects through the leasing decision process.
• Maintain timely follow-up and document leasing activity, communications, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Process rental applications and lease documentation in accordance with policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate move-in activities and ensure a welcoming, organized introduction to the community.
• Support resident retention by addressing concerns and coordinating with leadership to resolve issues.
