Job summary

SoCal Pacific Management is seeking a Community Experience Specialist who will blend sales, hospitality, and relationship management to convert prospects into residents and maintain high occupancy. You’ll own the resident journey from tours to move-out, ensuring a personal and professional experience.

You will lead tours, manage applications, coordinate move-ins, and support renewals while collaborating with maintenance and marketing to deliver exceptional service and protect revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years in leasing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales; multifamily leasing a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Knock) and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Weekend and some evenings availability required.
• Certifications such as CAPS/CALP/NALP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents; conduct personalized tours.
• Process rental applications, screening, and lease paperwork.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and welcome experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents; respond to questions and requests.
• Proactive outreach to strengthen relationships and identify at-risk residents.
• Manage lease renewal process and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve resident concerns; ensure satisfaction.
• Plan or support resident events and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain records of traffic, leasing activity, renewals, and interactions; assist with reports.
• Monitor market conditions and pricing; support marketing strategies.
• Support online reputation management and marketing efforts.
