Job summary

SoCal Pacific Management in Riverside, CA is seeking a Community Experience Specialist to be the face of the community, handling leasing, tours, applications, move-ins, and resident relations to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

You will partner with maintenance and leadership to deliver a hospitality-focused, professional resident experience at every touchpoint, from inquiry to move-out, including events, referrals, and reputation management.

Qualifications

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone or electronically in a professional, welcoming manner.
• Conduct personalized community and apartment tours, identify needs, and support prospects through the leasing decision process.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective residents and document leasing activity in the CRM system.
• Process rental applications, screenings, lease documentation, and other required paperwork in accordance with policies and laws.
• Support occupancy and related community performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, electronically, and through other communication channels in a professional, welcoming, and responsive manner.
• Conduct personalized community and apartment tours, identify prospective resident needs, communicate features and benefits, and support prospects through the leasing decision process.
• Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospective residents and accurately document leasing activity, communications, and outcomes within the applicable property management or CRM system.
• Process rental applications, screenings, lease documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable laws.
• Coordinate move-in activities and ensure new residents receive a welcoming, organized, and professional introduction to the community.
