Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service roles such as Property, Hotel, or Retail.
• Experience in Section 8 housing and LIHTC preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate office systems including telephone, copier, and computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents and guests at property site.
• Show and lease apartments, assist in moving process.
• Manage rental payment process and prepare recertifications.
