Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to learn leasing and company software.
• Must be able to work Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents, identify needs, show apartments, overcome objections, and close the lease paperwork.
• Assist in the planning and running of resident get-togethers or events on the property.
• Share in completing monthly administrative tasks to ensure paperwork is organized and complete.
