Job summary

Chestnut Hill Realty in the Norwood area seeks a Resident Services Professional who serves as the first contact for prospective residents. You will build relationships, identify needs, show apartments, overcome objections and close leases.

Assist in planning resident events, complete monthly administrative tasks, and keep paperwork organized and up to date. Applicants should be able to work Tuesday through Saturday; no leasing experience is required, training is provided; strong customer service

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Tue-Sat.
• No leasing experience required; willingness to learn.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook; able to learn company software.
