Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide prospects in selecting homes, and support residents through their residency lifecycle with a strong emphasis on sales excellence.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will handle leasing applications, maintain data in Entrata/Yardi, and contribute to marketing efforts while ensuring market-ready homes and offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and sales excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects and determine needs to guide them to suitable homes.
• Present community features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
• Process lease applications and verify information promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leasing leads.
• Maintain data in Entrata/Yardi and prepare leasing reports.
• Ensure model homes, offices, and marketing space are market-ready.
• Assist in social media marketing as directed by management.
• Support move-ins and lease renewals, and address resident concerns.
