Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Francisco to be the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding customer service, present communities and homes, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

Reporting to the Senior Community/Community Manager, you will manage leads, enter data in Entrata and Yardi, support move-ins and renewals, and strive for strong lease conversion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-family property management or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with prospective residents to determine needs.
• Present community features and tour homes with enthusiasm.
• Complete lease applications, verify details, and communicate results promptly.
• Manage leads to meet leasing goals and follow up with non-leasing prospects.
• Enter data accurately in Entrata/Yardi and prepare leasing reports.
• Support move-ins and renewals, and assist with resident transfers.
