Job summary

Apploi seeks a Community Experience Specialist to serve as the face of the community, partnering with residents and prospects across tours, inquiries, applications, move-ins, renewals, and moves‑outs to maintain occupancy and satisfaction.

You will blend leasing, sales, hospitality, and operations, coordinating with maintenance and leadership to deliver a welcoming, professional resident experience and support community engagement and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents professionally and promptly
• Conduct personalized tours and communicate community features and benefits
• Maintain timely follow-up and document leasing activity in CRM
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork in compliance with policies
• Coordinate move-in activities and provide a welcoming introduction to the community
• Support renewal process and discuss terms with residents
• Respond to resident requests and maintain ongoing engagement
• Collaborate with maintenance and leadership to address concerns and enhancements
