Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic on-site software functionality knowledge.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales: generate leads, conduct tours, follow up as needed.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with audits and turn process.
