Avenue5 Residential in Celina, Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to use Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is preferred and training is provided. This is a full-time on-site position at our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• One year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Leads generation, tours, leases, and prepares lease documents and move-in paperwork.
