Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered timely.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity in the computer/system.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail, or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
