Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Garland, TX. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

Role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior leasing experience is preferred; Yardi Voyager and MS Office skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• One year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and coordinate move-in/out needs.
