Avenue5 Residential in Celina, Texas is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

The role emphasizes customer service, detailed record-keeping, and collaboration with maintenance and management. A high school diploma and some sales or leasing experience are preferred; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximise occupancy.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and leasing reports.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail, or email.
