Avenue5 Residential in Melissa, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.

You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Read, write, comprehend, and converse in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
