Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is looking for a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins and renewals. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and ensure a smooth leasing process while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and experience with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. Local candidates in Everett, WA are preferred and a valid driver’s license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Ensure model apartments are presentable for tours and that tours are scheduled.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospective residents.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
