Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals at Lakeline. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, while coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure smooth move‑ins.

Strong customer service, English communication, and experience with Yardi and MS Office are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. Training on Fair Housing is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and schedules are shown to residents.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain monthly documentation for current residents.
• Enter traffic data and maintain confidential resident files.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email and convert inquiries to tours.
