Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Antonio to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction, navigate lease processes, and maintain organized records.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity in the system.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Tour properties by converting phone traffic into scheduled appointments.
• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to boost retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and applicable laws.
