Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects and residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. The role also handles renewals and serves as a central communication point between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

Key duties include leasing, customer service, and following Bell guidelines while maintaining product knowledge and professional conduct. A strong team player with MS Office skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment.
• Must present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and major competition.
• Coordinate resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident.
