Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing. You will interact with current residents on day-to-day issues and help renewals, serving as the communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Professional image and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell the property's products and services within budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets and addendums.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and its competition.
• Support marketing activities to position Bell communities as top choices.
